Public Safety
Public safety is the core of the Sheriff's job. Ravi will make sure Forsyth County deputies are visible, well-trained, and focused on the priorities that matter most to residents.
Community-Focused Policing
Ravi will prioritize visible, responsive patrols and build real relationships between deputies and the neighborhoods they serve, so residents see the Sheriff's Office as a partner, not a stranger.
Traffic Safety & Growth Management
As Forsyth County's population booms, so does traffic. Ravi will push for smarter enforcement on high-risk corridors and better coordination with county planning to keep roads safe.
School & Youth Safety
Ravi will work hand-in-hand with Forsyth County Schools on emergency preparedness, school resource deputy training, and rapid-response protocols to keep every campus secure.
Mental Health & Crisis Response
Not every 911 call needs a purely enforcement response. Ravi supports co-responder models and crisis-intervention training so deputies are equipped to de-escalate mental health emergencies safely.
Drug Enforcement & Human Trafficking Prevention
Ravi will strengthen partnerships with regional and federal task forces to disrupt drug trafficking along the GA-400 corridor and crack down on human trafficking operations in the county.
Fiscal Responsibility
Every dollar in the Sheriff's Office budget belongs to Forsyth County taxpayers. Ravi will make sure it's spent wisely, tracked transparently, and never wasted.
Transparent, Accountable Budgeting
Ravi will publish clear data on Sheriff's Office spending, staffing, and use of force so residents can see exactly how their tax dollars are being used.
Smart Investment in Deputies & Equipment
Competitive pay and modern equipment aren't just good for morale — they reduce the costly turnover and retraining expenses that drive up long-term costs for taxpayers.
Maximizing Grants & Regional Partnerships
Ravi will pursue state and federal grants and share resources with neighboring agencies on task forces and equipment, easing the burden on the county's general fund.
Community Development
A safer Forsyth County is a stronger Forsyth County. Ravi believes the Sheriff's Office should be a partner in building the kind of community where families and businesses want to put down roots.
Community & Youth Outreach
Ravi will expand mentorship, school partnerships, and youth engagement programs that build trust between deputies and the next generation of Forsyth County residents.
Veteran & Senior Support
Ravi will strengthen outreach programs connecting the Sheriff's Office with veterans and seniors, making sure every part of the community feels seen and supported.
